We charge 1.2% per successful transaction. There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges. You only pay when you get paid.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The 1.2% fee covers everything - payment processing, fraud protection, and access to all mobile money networks. Failed or refunded transactions are not charged.
What payment methods are supported?
Shika Creators supports all major mobile money providers in Ghana: MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money.
How fast are settlements?
Standard settlements are processed within 24-48 hours. For high-volume merchants, we offer same-day or instant settlement options.
